Looking For Sold Out Tickets? Request a ticket now and as soon as tickets are available, Lyte will complete your purchase automatically at the price offered, with no hidden fees. You will only be charged if Lyte finds you tickets.
Bought Tickets And Can’t Make It To The Festival? We know that plans change. Return your ticket to Lyte and receive a fair market offer. Lyte will then re-sell your ticket to another Durango Blues Train fan.
What is the Lyte ticket exchange?
We’ve partnered with Lyte to give our fans a safe place to buy and return official tickets after sell out. Lyte matches sellers and buyers with no hidden fees or fake tickets. They do this by running an official waitlist for fans looking for tickets and accepting returns from fans who can no longer attend. How do I join the waitlist for sold out tickets?
Visit the official ticket exchange:
Hit the “Request Tickets” button.
Select the tickets you’re looking for and lock in the price with a credit card.
Once Lyte gets the ticket(s) you requested from another fan, you will be charged exactly what Lyte quoted you. No hidden fees.
View or cancel your request at any time before it is filled. Tickets will be delivered to you by the official ticketing platform.
How does Lyte pricing work?
Lyte prices are based on fair market value and may be higher than original prices if there are significantly more requests than tickets. However, Lyte’s prices are always lower than third-party websites. Lyte technology drives prices back to the original value. By using the official exchange, you are helping us in our fight against scalping.
When will I know if I can get tickets?
Wait time depends on availability. Hang in there! We look for your tickets right up until show time so be sure to keep your request up to date.
How do I get my tickets once I buy on Lyte?
When your request is filled, you will get a confirmation email from Lyte with further information on how you will receive your ticket. All tickets will be issued by the official ticketing company for the event.
How do I return a ticket?
Visit the official ticket exchange:
Hit the “Return Tickets” button and log in with the email you used to buy your tickets.
If we have demand for your tickets, you will be able to select the tickets you want to return and Lyte will make you a fair market offer on the spot.
If we don’t have demand for your ticket, you can sign up to be notified when we do.
Lyte’s mission is to ensure the next fan in line gets to go at a fair and marketable price.
When do I get paid for the tickets I return?
You will be paid out via PayPal one (1) business day after the event ends.
What is the difference between Lyte’s exchange and the secondary market sites I’m used to?
Unlike traditional secondary market sites, Lyte is working directly with the event. This ensures a seamless and safe/secure transaction that is designed to protect the integrity of your tickets as a buyer or seller. Tickets that are returned to Lyte are invalidated and a new ticket is issued in its place via the official ticketing system.
